Milestones use the program’s recorded total referred order value in USD. Your dashboard shows your current level. Commission is subject to order verification and refund adjustments; earnings are not guaranteed.

The discount applies to current product selling prices, excluding shipping and taxes. Partner codes do not combine with other promotional discounts; checkout applies the eligible offer under the store’s rules.

Payment requires completed order and return checks. Approved balances under $50 carry forward. Bank processing time is additional. If an order is refunded, the commission on the refunded amount is deducted from your balance; an amount already paid is offset against future eligible earnings.

Partner questions, answered.
How much can I earn?
Partners start at 15% commission. Growth Partner pays 17% when total referred order value reaches $3,000; Elite Partner pays 20% at $5,000. Your dashboard records your program level and eligible commissions. Actual earnings depend on verified referred sales and any refund adjustments.
How does the 15% customer code work?
Your assigned coupon gives customers 15% off all products at their current selling price. You can personalize its name in your dashboard, subject to availability and appropriate naming. Your audience discount stays at 15% when your commission level increases. After editing a code, check the active version and update your posts.
Can a partner code be combined with other offers?
Partner codes cannot be combined with additional discount codes or automatic product, order or shipping discounts. Checkout applies an eligible offer according to the store’s discount rules. An existing product sale price is still its current selling price; the store’s ordinary shipping conditions continue to apply.
How are referrals tracked?
Share the personal referral link and coupon shown in your dashboard. Link referrals have a 30-day tracking window. Browser settings, cookie choices, device changes and other referrals can affect attribution. An order must be recorded and verified as an eligible referral; tracking is not guaranteed in every browsing situation.
When and how will I be paid?
Approved, eligible commission balances of $50 or more are paid manually by bank transfer on the 15th of each month, or the next business day. Commission is reviewed for 30 days from successful order payment and becomes payable once the relevant order and return checks are complete. Approved balances below $50 roll forward. Bank processing time is additional.
What happens if an order is returned or refunded?
Commission earned on the refunded amount is deducted from your partner balance. A partial refund adjusts only the commission attributable to the refunded amount. If that commission has already been paid, the adjustment is offset against future eligible earnings. Cancelled, unpaid and failed-payment orders do not qualify for payment.
What if my bank details are missing or incorrect?
You are responsible for entering complete and accurate payment details in your partner account. Missing details put a payment on hold. Transfers made using the payment details you supplied are treated as payments to those supplied details, including when the information was incorrect. Verify your details before a payout; we cannot promise recovery of a misdirected transfer. Any settlement-currency or bank-charge details will be confirmed before payment.
Can I earn commission on my own purchases?
No. Personal purchases through your own referral link or discount code do not earn commission. Fake orders, misleading promotions and attempts to manipulate referral tracking are not permitted.
Do I need PayPal or a large following?
PayPal is not required; payments are made by bank transfer. Applications are reviewed individually for content quality, audience relevance and a thoughtful fit with Chill Cap Store. A follower count alone does not determine approval.
Are free products or paid creator projects included?
The standard partner program rewards eligible referred sales. Product gifting, fixed creator fees, campaign deliverables and content-usage permission are discussed separately and require an individual written agreement. Can I use the logo and marketing materials?
You may use the supplied brand and marketing resources to promote the program appropriately. This permission does not transfer trademark, copyright or ownership rights. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship close to your recommendation, and use honest product information. Reuse of your original creator content by Chill Cap Store is agreed separately.
Who can help with an application or missing sale?
Email info@chillcapstore.com using your partner account email. Include a relevant order reference and a short explanation when asking about a referral. Keep your password private. Applications require review; your approval email confirms when your account is ready.
Program terms
The partnership, in plain English.
- Eligibility and approval. Submit accurate application details and keep your account information current. Participation is subject to review and approval.
- Eligible sales. Orders must be recorded as eligible referrals and verified. Self-referrals and unpaid, failed or cancelled orders do not qualify. Recorded commission can change after a review or refund.
- Payment and adjustments. The $50 minimum, 30-day review and monthly payment terms above apply. Commission on refunded amounts is deducted from your balance, including through an offset against future earnings when already paid.
- Bank information. You are responsible for complete and accurate details. Missing details hold a payment. Transfers made to the details you supplied are treated as payments to those details, including when the information was incorrect. Verify them before payment.
- Honest promotion. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Do not invent product claims, send spam, create fake orders or manipulate tracking. Do not impersonate the store.
- Brand materials. Supplied logos and marketing assets may be used for appropriate program promotion. No trademark, copyright or ownership rights transfer to you. Reuse of your original creator content requires a separate agreement.
- Campaign boundaries. Obtain written approval before posting codes to coupon/deal directories, bidding on Chill Cap Store brand keywords in paid search, or using our brand name in an account or domain that could imply official ownership.
- Program administration. Suspected misuse may be reviewed and the relevant commission held. Material rule breaches may lead to suspension or termination. Material program changes will be communicated with an effective date. Contact us to resolve questions about verified remaining earnings.
A simple disclosure: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link or code.” Place it close to your recommendation and make it easy to notice.
