15-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date the order is delivered.

The return window begins on the date the tracking information shows the package as “Delivered.” If an order is delivered in multiple packages, the 15-day return window begins when the final package is marked as delivered.

Return requests submitted after 15 days may not be accepted.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item must be in its original condition.
The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.
The item must be free from stains, odors, sweat marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.
The item must be packed safely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to the customer, or approved for a partial refund at our discretion.

 


 

Important Return Instructions

Customers must not send any item back to our company address or any other address without contacting us first.

All returns must be reviewed and approved by Chill Cap Store before the item is shipped back. After a return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For approved cases, we may offer one of the following solutions:

A refund

Another appropriate resolution based on the issue

We may also request photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product condition to properly review the claim.

 


 

Fan and Electronic Hat Products

Some Chill Cap Store products may include fan-powered, cooling, or electronic features.

For fan or electronic hats, returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, clean, complete, and returned with all original components, charging cables, accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging.

Fan or electronic hats may not be eligible for return if:

The item has been used outdoors or worn for an extended period.
The fan, wiring, charging port, battery area, or electronic components were damaged by misuse.
The item was exposed to water, heavy moisture, impact, improper charging, or modification.
Original accessories or components are missing.
The issue is caused by normal wear, user damage, or improper handling.

If your fan or electronic hat arrives defective or does not work properly upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos and, when possible, a short video showing the issue.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged-by-use products
Products missing original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging
Personalized or customized items
Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Final sale or clearance items
Discounted items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items returned without prior authorization

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Chill Cap Store is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

 


 

Refund Process

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
